Patterns, Waves, Sequences And Subtleties. Paradoxes, Conundrums And Ambiguities
I’ve been very privileged in my work.
It’s given me the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of challenges - corporate and social.
I have met inspiring people and been exposed to a wide spectrum of issues and topics.
The common element is the complexity of the challenge.
The need to wrestle with multiple perspectives and dimensions and somehow untangle a rats nest and make sense of a situation.
Those are the ones that have most captured my attention and imagination and ignited my passion
Early On I Found Myself Naturally Embracing The Complex
I needed to find meaning and purpose in the tasks I was given.
I wanted to understand how things worked - the systems that underpinned what we do and why we do things certain ways. Being a generalist most of my life has given me plenty of opportunities to explore different systems and dive into other people’s worlds - enough to believe that I can help people to take on those rats nests.

Turning My Experience Into A Science
Not only are we more connected than ever before, we are connecting with much broader ‘ecosystems’.
Ecosystems that bring together small or large organisations, NGO’s, public services, start ups and communities.
I’m an explorer of systems and out to create meaning - kicking and screaming if necessary.
I’m trying to reconnect people with the meaning and purpose of things.
So, I’ve been putting all of this into what we are calling Framework Science™ because that’s what it is.
