Level 3 Frameworks
Configuration- The configuration of specific frameworks underpin each program. They allow us and the team to achieve and sustain coherence.
Ownership - The teams are fully engaged building the frameworks. They need this level of ownership because they are the tools that will enable them to create the future and navigate the path to it.
Navigation - Frameworks are the blueprints and structures that guide the team through the thinking and then agree on the work required to execute the plan.
Sustainability - We provide the tools/technologies and guidance as needed to sustain through execution.
Making Strategy - Building the frameworks - to the point where they can be executed involves a mix of things. Analysis and data where there are gaps, team-wide interventions (workshops and sessions), some virtual - some face to face and ongoing collaborative dialogue and exchange over the required period.
